NEW PATIENTS

Your First Visit
Starts With Listening.

Whether it has been six months or several years since your last dental visit, you’re welcome here. We’ll take the time to understand your concerns, complete a thorough evaluation, and help you create a clear, comfortable path forward.

A COMFORTABLE START

No Pressure.
No Judgment.

You do not need to know exactly what treatment you need before you come in. Your first appointment is about understanding where you are now, what matters to you, and what options make sense.

Dr. Harry and her team are known for a calm, compassionate approach. Questions are encouraged, concerns are taken seriously, and nothing is rushed.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your First Visit,
Step by Step.

01

Tell Us What’s Going On

We’ll start by listening to your concerns, dental history, and goals. Whether something hurts, you’re unhappy with your smile, or you simply want to get back on track, this is your chance to tell us what matters.

02

Complete Exam & X-rays

Dr. Harry will perform a comprehensive oral examination and review appropriate diagnostic X-rays to evaluate your teeth, gums, bite, existing dental work, and overall oral health.

03

We Explain What We See

You’ll get a clear explanation of any findings, including what needs attention now, what may be monitored, and what options are available.

04

Together, We Make a Plan

If treatment is recommended, we’ll help you understand your priorities and create a plan that feels manageable, realistic, and right for you.

YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT

A Clear Starting Point.

Your new patient visit includes a comprehensive examination and appropriate diagnostic X-rays so Dr. Harry can fully evaluate your oral health before recommending treatment.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before Your First Visit

What if I haven’t been to the dentist in years? +

That’s okay. Many patients come to us after a long break from dental care. You’ll be treated with respect and compassion — not criticism.

Will treatment be done at my first appointment? +

The first visit is primarily focused on diagnosis, understanding your concerns, and creating a treatment plan. Treatment can then be scheduled based on your needs and priorities.

What if I’m nervous about dental care? +

Please tell us. Dr. Harry and her team will take the time to explain what is happening and help you feel as comfortable as possible throughout your visit.

Do I need to know what treatment I want before I come in? +

Not at all. That’s what the examination and consultation are for. We’ll help you understand what is happening and what your options are.
